A compliance pack groups the checks a let property usually needs into one order: one quote, one booking and one set of documents. It is built for letting agents, property managers and landlords with several properties, who need certificates arranged on time without chasing separate providers.

What a pack can include

Depending on the property and tenancy, a pack can include gas safety (CP12), electrical safety (EICR), an EPC, smoke and CO alarm checks, a fire risk assessment and a legionella risk assessment. We confirm which items apply before quoting, so you only pay for what the property needs.
