Energy Performance Certificates in London
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates a property’s energy efficiency and is needed when a home is marketed for let. Private rented homes in England must also meet a minimum energy efficiency standard, currently an EPC rating of E or above, unless a valid exemption is registered. What happens during the assessment
